Titans Win Pair of Wrestling Duals

RIVERSIDE - Cal State Fullerton won a pair of lopsided wrestling dual meets Saturday afternoon at the Cal Baptist Duals, besting non-Div. I foes Menlo College, 42-6, and the host Lancers, 38-4. The Titans are now 3-7 on the season.
Several Titan wrestlers went 2-0 on the day led by Mark Savalle at 174 pounds and Todd Noel at 184. Savalle pinned C. J. Knowland of Cal Baptist and won a stalling default over Menlo's Greg Alvarez after building a 16-1 lead. Noel got a pin of Hanna Maliak of Menlo in 49 seconds and a technical fall over Bryce Wilson of Cal Baptist.

Fullerton is idle until the Feb. 5 San Francisco State Open.
